We reply to most messages within two business days (Monday to Friday). Outside of that window, please allow a little more time — we are a small team.
What to include in your email
- Bug reports: include the exact Instagram URL you tried, the device and browser you used, and a screenshot of the error if possible. We cannot reproduce issues without these details.
- Feature requests: describe the use case, not only the feature. "I want to save Reels with captions as SRT files for language practice" is much more useful than "please add captions".
- DMCA / takedown: send the notice to the same address and follow the procedure outlined on our DMCA page. Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours.
- Press and partnerships: include a short intro, the outlet or company name, and a preferred deadline.
Languages
Our support team responds in English. If you write to us in another language we will do our best to understand, but English replies are faster and more accurate.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover content you have deleted from your Instagram account, we cannot access private accounts on your behalf, and we cannot provide advice on whether a specific download would be legal in your jurisdiction. For the last point, please consult a qualified lawyer.
